We want you to love your SLMs. If you’re not completely satisfied, return them within 15 days of purchase, in original NEW condition WITH tags attached and your bill/receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sale items can only be returned in original NEW condition WITH tags attached and your bill/receipt within 7 days for exchange or SLM credit.
To initiate a return from an online purchase, email email@example.com with the product details (style and size) and reason for return. We’ll email you back with a return authorization form, which must be printed and sent with the return product.
To return your product, please send via Canada Post Xpresspost service or other courier service that is trackable to : 310 Hillhurst Blvd Toronto ON CANADA M6B 1N1. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not assume responsibility for items not received and signed for.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of our approval, and will process your refund. Your financial institution may take anywhere from a few days to a week to process the transaction.
