Shipping and Returns
Products are shipped via Canada Post using the Expedited Parcel service. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We charge a flat fee of $12 to ship anywhere within Canada. Currently, shipping is only available in Canada through the website. To inquire about shipping costs elsewhere, email email@example.com or fill out our contact form.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your SLM purchase, you may make a return within 15 days of the purchase date, in original NEW condition with tags attached and your bill/receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sale items can only be returned in original NEW condition WITH tags attached and your bill/receipt within 7 days of the purchase date for exchange or SLM credit.
To initiate a return from an online purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our contact form with the product details (style and size) and reason for return. We’ll email you back with a return authorization form, which must be printed, filled out and sent with the return product.
To return your product, please send via Canada Post Xpresspost service or other courier service that is trackable to: 310 Hillhurst Blvd, Toronto ON CANADA M6B 1N1. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We do not assume responsibility for items not received and signed for.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund your original purchase. For online purchases, we’ll send you an email to notify you of our approval, and will process your refund to your original method of payment. Your financial institution may take anywhere from a few days to a week to process the transaction.
